Breakfast rides - staple for the Vespa riders

After my first Periodic Maintenance at 2 months from getting the unit, this is when I started to get a bit playful.  Leaning a bit lower, picking up speed and riding a bit further to reach the good breakfast spots.  I do this every week, racking up the mileage and gaining more experience and building confidence. WYNDELL'S AL FRESCO After passing by this place a couple of times, I finally got the chance to try it out.  Wyndell’s Al Fresco is a popular open resto in Tanay Rizal.  It’s a CafĂ©, Grill and Seafood place.  Parking is nice, in front of the resto with an attendant assisting in the parking so you can be confident that your bike is safe.  I didn’t get to sit at the overlooking spot as it was quite full at the time (there is still COVID btw).   So I picked a spot in the middle with no view.  Good enough. Goodbye S125, Hello GTS!

Early 2021 when I finally got the approval to upgrade my ride.  So as painful for me to let my S125 go, I did!  It was a fun ride, but the heart wants what the heart wants – and it’s white, with side grills of the GTS! So after a 5-month waiting period, I finally got my unit!  Oh, and a key factor to this is my wife messaged (or gave an ultimatum to) my agent about releasing it on my birthday (or else I'll go for the Ducati Sixty2 or the Triumph Trident which was the hype at the time).  And so it was, I finally got it!   But I had to wait a bit more for my OR/CR.  I had to make do with a weekend 10km ride around the highway just to keep the motor running.  I missed the holiday vacation ride and got it on the first workday of the year. #boo!
